Features multi-level user security and a standard data acquisition A/D board for incorporation of any detector's analogue signal
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced a new system controller, the CBM-10AWvp, which it says is the first and only system controller to feature a web browser-enabled interface.
It connects directly to the lab's Lan and includes a simple, intuitive web interface, which enables users to set-up, control and monitor the instrument remotely through Internet Explorer. This next step in the evolution of the VP series, coupled with ClassVP client/server software, helps to conserve valuable bench space in the lab by completely eliminating the need for a local PC.
The CBM-10AWvp system controller features multi-level user security and a standard data acquisition A/D board for incorporation of any detector's analogue signal.
Detailed IE browser screens show current maintenance and workgroup management information, displaying the status of all LCs in a designated group on one screen.
Users can easily view, write, and save methods and sequences without the need for software.
