The Systech series 800 on-line oxygen analyser is a versatile instrument providing a very fast response to changes in the oxygen content of a process gas.
The precision zirconia oxide sensor allows the instrument to measure oxygen concentration from 0.01ppm to 100% with an exceptionally fast response time of 90% of step change within five seconds.
Accuracy is better than 1% of the measured value and repeatability is 0.2%.
The advanced, user-friendly, menu driven software provides a combination of ease of use and flexibility incorporating diagnostic capability, fault alarms and read only mode.
Designed for continuous on-line applications, the zirconia oxide sensor is maintenance free and programmable, timed autocalibration can be to any oxygen level using ambient air or, for ISO purposes, a certified, traceable gas to meet the most demanding quality assurance regimes.
The series 800 is insensitive to sample flow rate and unaffected by vibration or position.
The very rapid response and the large, autoranging LED display make the analyser especially easy to use and the provision of analogue outputs, high/low and fault alarms plus RS232/485 communications make the series 800 especially suitable for process control, remote monitoring and charting applications.
Choices of sampling systems in brass/copper or stainless steel allow the installation to be matched to each application.
