Monitors oxygen content of process gases containing hydrocarbons and hydrogen, eliminating compromise by allowing an exact match of sensor to each application
The Systech series 900 online oxygen analysers are designed specifically to monitor the oxygen content of most industrial gases including hydrogen, gases containing combustibles and hydrocarbons and inert gases.
The series 900 analysers incorporates advanced, user-friendly software to provide a combination of ease of use and accurate and reliable results. Using a range of electrochemical fuel cells, the series 900 analyser eliminates compromise by allowing an exact match of sensor to each application.
Four long life, maintenance free sensors are available to cover the range of oxygen content from 0.01ppm to 100%.
Designed for continuous on-line applications, the series 900 is virtually maintenance free with programmable, timed autocalibration to any oxygen level using ambient air or, for ISO purposes, a certified, traceable gas to meet the most demanding quality assurance regimes.
The analysers are insensitive to sample flow rate and unaffected by vibration or position.
The rapid response and the large, autoranging LED display make the analysers especially easy to use and the provision of analogue outputs, high/low and fault alarms plus RS232/485 communications make the series 900 especially suitable for process control, remote monitoring and charting applications. Choices of sampling systems in brass/copper or stainless steel allow the installation to be matched to each application.
The four electrochemical sensors are ultra-low trace, 0-1ppm, trace, 0.1ppm-1%, Race, 0.1ppm-30%, and percent, 0-100%.
The Race sensor is a patented design that prevents the sensor becoming saturated by high levels of oxygen.
The Turbopurge facility allows levels as low as 20ppm to be reached from ambient air within two minutes.
This sensor is unaffected by hydrocarbons or volatile atmospheres such as found in wave solder and reflow ovens. Systech series 900 online oxygen analysers, available in 19 inch rack mount, panel/bench and Nema 4X/IP66 water and weatherproof configurations, provide the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and flexibility under the most demanding industrial operation conditions.
