Advanced technology InGaAs linear arrays detect light in the shortwave IR spectral range and support three waveband ranges
Sensors Unlimited (SUI) offers a full line of InGaAs focal plane arrays for immediate shipping.
The advanced technology InGaAs linear arrays detect light in the shortwave IR spectral range and support three waveband ranges: from 0.9 to 1.7 microns, and two extended spectral range arrays from 1.1 to 2.2 microns and 1.1 to 2.5 microns.
The extended range arrays are both available in one- or three- stage thermoelectric cooling enclosures or packaged for use in cryogenic Dewars.
Sensors Unlimited's full line of focal plane arrays comes in a variety of pixel sizes and geometries from 128 to 1024 elements.
The advanced performance 1024 square pixel arrays are said to be perfectly suited for high-resolution imaging of fast-moving industrial processes such as recycling or sorting applications.
InGaAs photodiode arrays from Sensors Unlimited feature low noise, anti-blooming design, high uniformity and high quantum efficiency over the shortwave infrared wavelength range.
Ideal for optical performance monitor (OPM) for DWDM optical networks, the arrays are also widely used in optical spectrometers.
Other applications include hot process inspection, food inspection, telecommunications, moisture sensing, geological remote sensing and spectroscopy.
SUI says its arrays are suitable for techniques that require longer wavelength response such as lidar and free-space communications.
The full line of high performance linear arrays may be ordered as components or may be installed in the SUI linescan cameras.
For application-specific requirements, Sensors Unlimited's in-house foundry also offers custom design and fabrication of 1D and 2D format arrays with high speed PIN and/or avalanche photodiodes.
