Otava, a company which specialises in combinatorial chemistry, fluorescent probes and drug discovery technologies, offers new cAMP dependent protein kinase (PKA) focused library (142 compounds in total).
The library was generated using receptor-based virtual screening of the Otava's drug-like Green Collection.
The detection of H-bonding between ligand and key PKA residue (Val123) was used for the library preparation.
