DeltaNu announces the launch of an affordable high performance Raman microscope, the ExamineR.
The ExamineR combines the quality of Olympus microscopy and the high performance of DeltaNu's Raman systems.
This combination produces the first affordable Raman microscope with outstanding imaging and spectral characteristics.
DeltaNu's goal is to penetrate markets that were once excluded by the high price of Raman microscopes.
The ExamineR offers high sensitivity and fluorescence rejection through DeltaNu's new FS Technology NIR excitation.
Also included are interlocks for a class I laser safe environment with class IIIB performance, an automated XYZ stage, and user friendly software with built in chemometric features.
"Our engineering team has once again developed a free-space optical design that eliminates high powered lasers to compensate for losses in optical fibers," said Keith Carron, CEO of DeltaNu.
