Unitemp announce the availability of a new range of temperature and humidity chambers for basic temperature or temperature / humidity testing or monitoring, with either steady state or cycling conditions.
Designated the Platinous range from Espec, this new range of temperature and humidity chambers is designated for the testing and monitoring of electronic components and small assemblies, selected samples, semiconductors and automotive components.
There are basically 12 models with a temperature range of -70 to +150C, while six of the larger models have a humidity range of 10 to 98%.
These quality products are constructed inside and out with top quality stainless steel and have inside measurements of between 500x600x750mm to 1000x900x1000mm.
The viewing window has full pane heaters to help keep condensation and frost clear, with a chamber light built into the window for easy viewing.
The control panel designated for easy access is situated at the top right hand corner.
Incorporated is a SCP.220 touch screen programmer for simple operation.
The operating modes as indicated at the top left hand of the display includes; stop chamber off, programmer on, selected profiles, etc.
The program capacity is 20 with 99 steps, each with ten pre-programmed test stored in ROM.
Also incorporated is a system run time meter mounted on the front panel.
Features include energy efficient electronic adjusting of refrigeration control, hinged service panels for easy access and heavy duty castors for movement.
Also there is an independent overheat sensor with user limit, part of a three tier safety system.
This range complements Uitemp's existing ranges of chambers and ovens, with the company have the expertise to provide specials to clients requirements.
Although primarily designated designed for laboratories and research facilities this range have applications in the electronic, engineering, process and manufacturing industries.
