This includes many hard-to-transfect cell lines, stem cells and primary cells.
The Genecellin HTC formulation has been designed to optimise transfection results on hard-to-transfect cells.
The reagent is said to keep a low cytotoxicity and offers reproducible results.
Successfully transfected cells include: primary mouse macrophages; human lung fibroblasts; mouse dendritic cells; mouse lymphoma; human neuroblastoma; mouse cardiac myocytes; mouse mesenchymal; and embryonic stem cells.
Rat mesenchymal stem cells have been transfected with Genecellin HTC reagent.
Biocellchallenge has obtained 35 per cent of transfected cells after 24 hours and 30 per cent after 48 hours.
