Antistatic weigh boats: rather than a simple surface treatment the material itself has been modified which reduces the charge relaxation time when compared to a standard weigh boat.
When earthed by placing the product on a balance pan most of the charge is dissipated within seconds. These weigh boats are particularly effective when used with fine powders.
