From a mid management perspective, training and development initiatives included facilitating continuous improvement projects and best practices, and receiving internal recognition awards.
He was part of a senior management project responsible for global compliance.
His role included visits to North America, Canada and European plants to share his knowledge in compliance.
Benbow has also won awards for his contribution towards the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and NVQ training.
