Generating high-resolution pre-programmed voltage patterns and chromatograms, this device quickly validates data systems, integrators and chart recorders
The Validator from SMI-LabHut provides a safe, reliable and foolproof method for satisfying FDA, GLP and ISO 9000 requirements for testing and validating chromatography data systems, integrators and chart recorders, the company says.
Generating high-resolution pre-programmed voltage patterns and chromatograms, the Validator tests A/D converters for accuracy and reproducibility.
It can also be used for verifying and certifying integration algorithms for consistent area and height results.
As the Validator can be used to stress a data system, it can show up weaknesses in parameter programming and ensure that the correct functions are used for the given speed of chromatography.
Each Validator is calibrated and certified to a traceable Nist standard and is delivered with a certificate of validation.
Simply plug the output cable into the analogue input of the integrator or data system and the system is ready to run.
