Compact thermohygrometers are supplied with probes and accessories for humidity monitoring in many areas including HVAC, laboratories, process engineering and food production and storage
Testo has recently launched two new compact thermohygrometers that it says provide users with versatile, portable solutions for temperature and humidity monitoring.
Both instruments are supplied with a wide range of probes and accessories making them ideal for humidity monitoring in many areas including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, laboratories, process engineering and food production and storage.
The Testo 625 is described as an ideal entry level instrument for measurements of temperature, humidity and dewpoint.
Thanks to its detachable probe, the Testo 625 can be used to monitor hard to reach points in air conditioning and heating system ducts or in remote rooms or storage areas.
The 625's temperature/humidity probe can be used two ways: either attached to the instrument or connected via a probe handle and cable (optional accessory).
Additionally, an optional wireless temperature/humidity probe is available.
The clear back-lit display can be switched between relative humidity, wet bulb, and dewpoint at the touch of a button.
The Testo 635 is described as a high accuracy humidity and a temperature measuring instrument that offers a host of features to satisfy demanding requirements, built on Testo's internationally patented Testo humidity probe which has been proven to give reliable long-term measurement results in international laboratory tests.
A wide range of probes are available including air humidity, air temperature, dewpoint, material moisture, surface temperature and absolute pressure.
As well as cable connected probes, the 635 can be used with a range of wireless probes for temperature or humidity measurements (requires optional wireless module).
Easy to follow menus allow users to quickly navigate through the instrument's functions.
For ease of use, users can switch between two user profiles for long-term and material moisture measurements.
The 635 is a robust instrument that is both durable and easy to use.
For example, the housing material (IP 54) offers built-in protection against dirt and impact and the instrument features a carrying strap and magnets on the back panel for attachment at the measuring location.
The Testo 635 offers users two convenient documentation options: print out on-site or analysis and documentation on a PC.
Testo develops and manufactures measurement instruments, data loggers and sensors, and provides instrument service and calibration to national standards, including Ukas.
