Admet, a provider of integrated materials testing systems, has extended its business by offering a full line of grips and fixtures for materials and product testing.
The products presented in the catalogue are offered with a variety of adapters so that they can be used with Admet testing machines as well as with machines from other manufacturers.
The catalogue, available online and on CD by request, features 80 of the almost 300 fixtures and grips offered by Admet.
It includes compression platens, three- and four-point bend fixtures, manual vice and wedge grips, self-tightening and hydraulic grips, as well as specialty grips and fixtures.
As a supplement to the off-the-shelf accessories, Admet engineers will work with customers to design and develop custom fixtures to meet their needs.
